The excitement was met with a lack of attention to detail. It is one thing to ask to remove a drop shadow color, for them not paint the drop shadow at all to avoid plain wood exposure on a whitewash backing, causing the buyer to buy additional paint and update the sign, when the sign was expensive as is… In addition, the pieced-together sign would have benefitted from a sanding, so that the buyer doesn't see every single imperfection in the wood, along with the dipped over white-washed paint throughout the width of the sign. In addition, the condescending messages after I left my review, sealed the deal that I would not recommend this company to any professional business owner.
