I’m truly impressed with the quality and craftsmanship of the sign. The seller took the time to collaborate with me on the color, materials, and overall design, and even provided a proof for approval before I made the purchase. That level of transparency meant a lot, especially since other sellers I contacted wouldn’t share a mockup prior to payment. I didn’t feel comfortable buying without knowing exactly what I was getting, so this was a huge plus. Communication was prompt and professional throughout. The sign was created and shipped quickly, yet there was no compromise in quality.
