The item we are offering is a wonderful handmade, decorative family sign. We are offering this sign in new sizes, so please review the pull-down menu of the listing! The size is in inches, and it is the overall size of the size, frame included.
The size in shown in the listing is the 10.5" x 14".
The graphic has been printed onto the wooden backer and is framed in brown tone-stained frame made of solid wood. Please see the photos.
**You will need to provide the house image to be printed. Please send us a message or email it to: sales [!at] footstepsinthepast.com with your order number and/or Etsy username.
It has laser cut plywood letters and graphics. Your custom sign will NOT come standard with this lettering, the name and number is customizable. All components can be customized.

The lettering is not painted on, they are plywood letters that are raised off the backerboard. Please see the photos.
Pricing does include customization and shipping within the USA.
**HANGING HARDWARE IS NOT INCLUDED** We do not include or sell hanging hardware. It is up to the customer to install the hardware that is appropriate for their own needs. If hanging the sign by the top, please make sure the hooks go through the frame and into the sign body. We are not responsible for damage if it is not hung correctly.
